Throughout the year, book studies, bible studies and small groups meet to provide education, interaction and discussion on a wide variety of Orthodox Christian topics.
Introduction to Orthodoxy
Annually Fr. Jerry leads this class beginning in October and meets for eight weeks. The text for the class is “Introducing the Orthodox Church” by Fr. Anthony Coniaris.
Theosis Small Group Studies
This 7-week small-group program uses “Partakers of Divine Nature” by Archmandrite Chrysostomos Stavropoulos and is accompanied by a study guide. The program is led by trained facilitators from the parish.
Effective Christian Ministry Study
Groups are on going to complete this Archdiocesan Youth Department program offers five key practices of Christian life that help facilitate the development of a strong and lasting bond with Christ and the Church. Fr. Jerry and Fr. Nick have led these sessions and additional groups will be forming periodically.
