 Choir members praise the Lord with song! The Annunciation Choir was officially started in 1935. This dynamic group, open to all, uses music for religious worship and cultural celebration. In addition its participation in church services and community events, the choir is active in the Mid-East Federation of Greek Orthodox Choirs (MEFGOX).
The choir currently has approximately 30 active members who give of their time unselfishly nearly 100 times during the year for church services, rehearsals, and special events. The choir practices Wednesday evenings at 7:30 and encourages anyone interested to join them "in the loft!"
For those interested: the Choir annually studies a new liturgical arrangement in preparation for the MEFGOX Convention (held in July). This year's arrangement is available online for anyone who wishes to see and/or learn it. The choir will be integrating it into the Liturgy throughout May and June, and will be using it after the convention into the Fall and Winter months.
