Membership Application
Membership in this organization shall be open to health care professionals, including students studying healthcare professions, at the discretion of the Board of Directors, who are also members of Annunciation Greek Orthodox Church in Akron, Ohio.
Application process includes submitting an application to the Board of Directors, demonstrating proper credentials in his or her field, and meeting the criteria set forth above. The application will then be reviewed by the Board of Directors. Once membership has been approved, dues shall be submitted to one of the Officers of the organization.
Dues shall be paid annually using a calendar year in the amount of $100 for professional members and $25 for students studying healthcare professions. Once your application is approved by the HUMS Board, you will receive a link to make your dues offering.
